Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and storage systems.
• Install, configure, and monitor hardware, software, and network components to ensure smooth operations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues to minimize downtime and disruptions.
• Implement and enforce security measures to protect the company's IT systems and data from unauthorized access and threats.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights to ensure proper security and data integrity.
• Monitor system performance and conduct regular maintenance tasks to optimize efficiency and prevent issues.
• Collaborate with external vendors to source and procure IT equipment, software, and services as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend improvements and enhancements to the IT infrastructure.
• Create and maintain documentation, including system configurations, user guides, and IT policies and procedures.
• Provide technical support and training to employees, ensuring they can effectively utilize IT systems and tools.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
• Proven experience in managing IT infrastructure in a small to medium-sized company or startup environment.
• Strong knowledge of IT systems, including servers, networks, and storage solutions.
• Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network components.
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and basic understanding of virtualization technologies.
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with an attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
