Our technology will have massive implications to the Oil & Gas, Maritime, Industry 4.0, and Transport segments, particularly for the management and tracking of assets in remote and rural areas and extending 5G coverage through non-terrestrial networks.

As our wireless technologies are constantly evolving and winning multiple awards, with funding for next phase secured, and commercial traction demonstrated, we are now looking to on-board a talented Executive Assistant that reports directly to the CEO.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage executive's schedule appointments

• Coordinate and arrange travel, including flights, accommodation, and transportation

• Handle administrative duties, such as drafting and proofreading documents, preparing reports, and responding to emails and phone calls

• Organize and maintain management expenses

• Attend meetings and take minutes

• Run errands and handle personal tasks as needed

• Act as a liaison between the executive and other staff members, clients, and vendors

• Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism

• Perform other duties as assigned

• Open to travel

• Arrange invoices and archive them for the accountant

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred

• Previous experience as a personal assistant or executive assistant

• Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours as needed

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office software

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
